• Founded Le Salon (f.k.a Salon VX), an arts and culture club that organizes agency-wide events once every month to fuel creativity, boost company's RTO effort, bolster company culture and increase art literacy

• Provided mentorship for 12 selected students from New York's leading vocational school, High School of Arts and Design, who were from diverse cultural backgrounds for 12 weeks on different aspects of healthcare adverting, concepting, craft, process, and interview practice through projects and in-person counseling

• Participated in Young Lions 2023 and won silver at the Havas Health & You global network level

• Co-built a new brand from ground up to produce works that the team and client take pride in and continuing to manage the account meticulously

• Actively participating in campaign concepts and big idea apart from client works
